Spooky Stats In Maryland

Justin Kyle Russum was born at 6:53 PM on October 31, 1988 - Halloween. Nothing particularly spooky about that.

"What's so amazing about a Halloween baby? Consider that both the Russums [parents] were born on Hallo ween (1954 and 1963, respectively). Then consider that the physician who delivered the child - a doctor who had just come on duty a few hours earlier - was also born on October 3l."
